Pelecehan dan pemerkosaan disebut terjadi berulang kali dalam periode dua tahun selama sang asisten ditugaskan sebagai sekretaris pribadi, April 2016 hingga November 2018.

"Saya menjadi korban empat kali tindakan pemaksaan hubungan seksual oleh oknum yang sama," katanya di Saiful Mujani Research and Consulting, Cikini, Jakarta pada Jumat 28 Desember 2018.

RA, inisial perempuan berusia 27 tahun itu, memberi kesaksian tentang dugaan skandal kejahatan seks dan penyalahgunaan kekuasaan di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Menurutnya, pelecehan seksual dialaminya di dalam maupun luar kantor sementara perlindungan tak didapatnya dari perusahaan.

Sejak pertama kali mengalami kekerasan seksual pada 2016, RA mengaku sudah melaporkan tindakannya tersebut pada seorang anggota dewan pengawas yang lain. "Meskipun beliau berjanji akan melindungi saya, namun ternyata perlindungan tersebut tidak pernah diberikan sehingga saya terus menjadi korban pelecehan dan pemaksaan hubungan seksual," kata RA.

RA mengaku selama lebih dari dua tahun kehilangan kepercayaan dan hampir putus asa. Ia pernah mencoba melakukan percobaan bunuh diri namun dicegah temannya.

Tindak ingin menjadi korban terus menerus akhirnya RA menemui Ade Armando, dosennya di Departemen Ilmu Komunikasi Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Indonesia. Rencananya, RA mengungkapkan, kuasa hukum yang ditunjuk akan membuat laporan resmi atas peristiwa yang dituturkannya itu ke kepolisian Senin 31 Desember mendatang.

Ade Armando yang hadir dalam kesaksian itu berjanji mendampingi RA. Dia menilai peristiwa itu disebabkan adanya relasi kekuasaan dan penyalahgunaaan wewenang yang dilakukan Syafri.

"SAB ini punya relasi kekuasaan yang kuat, sehingga mendorong dia untuk melakukan penyalahgunaan wewenang. Karena dominan, dia merasa bisa melakukan segala yang dia mau," kata Ade.

Syafri tak berkomentar banyak saat diminta konfirmasi atas tuduhan dari mantan sekretaris pribadinya itu. Lewat aplikasi percakapan dalam telepon genggam dia hanya menjawab, "Kita tunggu proses hukum saja."
