Mulai 2019 pemerintah akan melipatgandakan bantuan sosial melalui program keluarga harapan (PKH).

Hal itu juga terkonfirmasi dari alokasi anggaran PKH naik hampir dua kali lipat dari Rp 19,3 triliun di tahun 2018 menjadi Rp 34,4 triliun di tahun 2019.

Pemerintah juga memutuskan untuk mengubah skema dari yang semula flat menjadi sesuai kondisi dan komponen.

Menteri Sosial Agus Gumiwang mengatakan, skema pemberian PKHpada tahun depan menggunakan skema yang baru dan ditujukan kepada 10 juta KPM.

Dilansir dari detik.com, Agus menyebut, jika sebelumnya dana PKH yang diterima KPM sebesar Rp 1,89 juta per keluarga per tahun. Kini, dananya disesuaikan berdasarkan indeks bantuan sosial PKH tahun 2019.

Di mana, untuk bantuan tetap satu keluarga, reguler Rp 550.000 per keluarga per tahun, PKH Akses atau khusus keluarga yang sulit terjangkau sebesar Rp 1 juta per keluarga per tahun.

Dari angka tersebut, para keluarga penerima manfaat pun masih bisa mendapatkan tambahan yang besar. Yaitu berasal dari bantuan komponen setiap jiwa. 

Jika dalam satu keluarga ada ibu hamil dan balita akan mendapatkan tambahan sebesar Rp 2,4 juta.

Selanjutnya, jika terdapat anak SD sederajat mendapat tambahan Rp 900 ribu, anak SMP sederajat sebesar Rp 1,5 juta, anak SMA sebesar Rp 2 juta, penyandang disabilitas sebesar Rp 2,4 juta, dan lansia di atas 60 tahun sebesar Rp 2,4 juta.

Jika dihitung, untuk keluarga miskin reguler total dalam satu tahun bisa menerima Rp 9,75 juta per keluarga. Dengan hitungan maksimal empat komponen. Angka tersebut berasal dari komponen dengan nilai paling tinggi.
