"Kalau enggak ya dicerewetin perawat. Ini merupakan hal sangat sering terjadi di RS, namun tidak bisa diselesaikan oleh BPJS Kesehatan sebagai penjamin bagi peserta JKN," bebernya. 

Dia pun mengingatkan pihak RS mengenai tugas dan tanggung jawab sebagai mana tertuang pada Pasal 2 UU 44/2009 tentang Rumah Sakit. Di dalam UU ini sudah sangat jelas dinyatakan bahwa rumah sakit diselenggarakan berasaskan Pancasila, dan didasarkan pada nilai kemanusiaan, etika dan profesionalitas, manfaat, keadilan, persamaan hak dan anti diskriminasi, pemerataan, perlindungan, dan keselamatan pasien.

Kemudian, pada Pasal 29 ayat 1 poin c,  mewajibkan RS memberi pelayanan kesehatan yang aman, bermutu, antidiskriminasi. "Dengan mengutamakan kepentingan pasien," tekannya.

Bahkan, di pasal yang sama pada poin m, dinyatakan bahwa RS wajib menghormati dan melindungi hak-hak pasien.

Pasal 32 menyebutkan, pasien mempunyai hak memperoleh layanan yang manusiawi, adil, jujur dan tanpa diskriminasi.
