Hal tersebut disampaikan Jajat berkenaan dengan kepadatan yang terjadi di Bandara Soekarno-Hatta pada Kamis (14/5) lalu.

Kepadatan terjadi setelah pemerintah memperbolehkan kembali operasional moda transportasi udara di bandara tersebut.

Secara keseluruhan, Jajat menilai, pemerintah tidak memiliki langkah yang tegas dan jelas untuk menghadapi Covid-19.

Sementara itu, pasien infeksi virus yang muncul pertama kali di Wuhan, China, itu terus bertambah setiap harinya hingga saat ini.

Jajat mengatakan, kepadatan akibat antrean tersebut sangat berisiko dan berpotensi untuk penyebaran serta penularan virus Covid-19.

“Kunci memutus penularan adalah menjaga jarak dan masker. Apa pun boleh dilakukan selama dua hal itu dijaga,” katanya.

Antrean penumpang terjadi di Bandara Soekarno-Hatta pada Kamis (14/5) pagi.

Febri menjelaskan, hingga pukul 05.00 WIB antrean tersebut baru selesai. Febri mengatakan, personel AP II sudah berupaya penuh mengatur antrean.


Namun, calon penumpang pesawat yang datang cukup banyak di Terminal 2 Gate 4.

Kebanyakan penumpang tersebut memiliki tiket pesawat untuk penerbangan antara pukul 06.00 WIB dan 08.00 WIB.

Menurut Febri, penerbangan yang bersamaan tersebut meliputi 11 penerbangan Lion Air Group dan dua penerbangan Citilink Indonesia.

Penumpukan pun terjadi karena setiap calon penumpang harus memverifikasi kelengkapan dokumen sebagai syarat untuk bisa memproses check-in.

“Verifikasi dokumen dilakukan oleh personel gabungan dari sejumlah instansi yang masuk dalam gugus tugas percepatan penanganan Covid-19 yang ada di posko pemeriksaan,” ungkap Febri.

Terkait insiden itu, Kementerian Perhubungan (Kemenhub) menerima laporan adanya maskapai yang tidak menerapkan Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor 18 Tahun 2020 tentang Pengendalian Transportasi Dalam Rangka Pencegahan Penyebaran Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19).

Dirjen Perhubungan Udara Kemenhub Novie Riyanto mengatakan, pelanggaran tersebut terkait ketidakpatuhan terhadap penerapan jaga jarak fisik.

“Begitu juga dengan melebihi kapasitas tempat duduk yang telah ditetapkan dalam peraturan yang berlaku,” kata Novie, Kamis (14/5).

Permenhub Nomor 18 Tahun 2020, Pasal 14 poin b, mencantumkan bahwa pembatasan jumlah penumpang paling banyak hanya 50 persen dari jumlah kapasitas tempat duduk dengan penerapan jaga jarak fisik.

Dia memastikan Kemenhub akan menindak tegas operator penerbangan yang melanggar ketentuan pembatasan jumlah penumpang dalam melakukan layanan penerbangan.
