“Penerima bantuan eksisting Kartu Kesejahteraan Sosial DKI Jakarta, yaitu KJP Plus, KJMU (Kartu Jakarta Mahasiswa Unggul), Kartu Lansia Jakarta, Kartu Disabilitas, Kartu Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Dasar (KSD) Anak, PMT-AS, dan Pangan Murah Jakarta,” ujar Irmansyah dalam siaran pers, Senin (13/4/2020).


Kriteria lainnya adalah warga yang terdata dalam data terpadu kesejahteraan sosial (DTKS), memiliki penghasilan kurang dari Rp 5 juta per bulan, dan tidak bisa berjualan kembali.

Bansos juga diberikan kepada mereka yang terkena pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK) atau dirumahkan tanpa menerima gaji dan pendapatan berkurang drastis akibat Covid-19.

Menurut Irmansyah, Pemprov DKI telah mendata warga yang berhak mendapatkan bantuan tersebut.

“Untuk mengetahui daftar nama penerima, warga dapat menghubungi call center Dinas Sosial DKI Jakarta melalui nomor telepon 021-426 5115 atau melalui pengurus RW setempat,” kata dia.

Berdasarkan kualifikasi di atas, warga tersebut tidak tergolong sebagai penerima bansos.

Hal ini lantaran dirinya tidak termasuk pemegang KJS, KJP, ataupun kartu lainnya.

Dia juga bukan korban PHK dan penghasilannya tidak di bawah Rp 5 juta.
