Namun kala itu terlapor urung masuk ke rumah korban. IS mengatakan kakak-kakak korban masih emosional dan korban trauma bertemu dengan terlapor.

“Namanya juga adik diperlakukan seperti itu, siapa yang tidak panas (emosional),” terang IS.

Akhirnya terlapor berinisial SG dan istrinya diajak ke rumah samping. Di sana, SG mengaku bersedia menikahi korban yang tengah hamil 7 bulan.

Namun keluarga korban menolak tawaran tersebut. Terlebih, keluarga korban sempat mendengar bahwa SG pernah meminta korban menggugurkan kandungannya.

Sebelumnya, IS juga mengaku mendapatkan telepon dari kakaknya atau pakde korban.

IS mendapat laporan bahwa kakaknya didatangi anggota DPRD Gresik, yang meminta kasus pemerkosaan tersebut diselesaikan dengan cara kekeluargaan.

“Mendengar saya lapor, Pak Hudi DPRD datang ke rumah kakak saya. Dikongkon (disuruh) nyabut laporan. Dikasih uang Rp 500 juta. Kemudian kakak saya nelepon saya,” ujar IS.

“Pak Hudi mau rene ngei solusi acak. Gak koen jabut ta, koen engko oleh duit Rp 500 juta. Tapi lek g koen jabut, koen gak oleh opo-opo tapi SG ditahan (Pak Hudi tadi datang ke sini. Ngasih solusi kakak. Nggak kamu cabut ta, kamu nanti dapat uang Rp 500 juta. Tapi kalau nggak kamu cabut, kamu nggak dapat apa-apa, tapi SG ditahan),” kata IS menirukan ucapan kakaknya.



Mendengar apa yang disampaikan sang kakak, kala itu IS justru semakin geram.

Bahkan ia menduga kakaknya telah menerima imbalan dari SG untuk merayu dirinya.

“Sampean ngomong opo Cak, oleh opo Cak, dikei SG duit ta. ‘Iyo Pak Hudi ngomong ngunu, koen lek gelem nyabut dikei duit Rp 500 juta, koen dikongkon ngawe omah’. Babah Cak isun nggak ngae omah.
