Menurutnya tindakan yang dilakukan NF akumulasi dari penderitaan sebagai korban pencabulan dari dua kerabat dan pacarnya sendiri.

Setelah melakukan pendalaman atas kasus pembunuhan terhadap balita di Sawah Besar, Jakarta Pusat pada 5 Maret lalu, NF ternyata tidak hanya jadi tersangka dalam kasus tersebut.

Dua bulan berada di Balai Rehabilitasi menguak fakta baru soal NF.

Tersangka berinisial NF yang diketahui masih berusia 15 tahun merupakan Korban Pelecehan Seksual.

Informasi tersebut diungkap Direktur Jenderal Rehabilitasi Sosial Kementerian Sosial Harry Hikmat.

Menurut Harry, NF tak hanya berstatus sebagai tersangka pembunuhan, tetapi dia juga bertindak sebagai korban pelecehan seksual.

Harry Hikmat mengatakan NF (15), pelaku pembunuhan APA (5) yang kini sedang hamil 3,5 bulan jadi korban percabulan tiga pria selama rentan Oktober 2019-Februari 2020.

Tiga orang yang mencabuli NF tersebut merupakan orang terdekat.

“Tiga orang ini sudah tersangka, inisial F, sepupu dari ibu tiri. Inisial R, cucu dari kakak ibu tiri. Lalu A (25), pacarnya,” kata Harry di Balai Rehabilitasi Anak Handayani, Jakarta Timur, Jumat (15/5/2020).

F mencabuli NF sebanyak empat kali, R sebanyak sembilan kali di rumahnya sendiri, sementara A mencabuli sebanyak tiga kali.

Tak hanya kekerasan seksual, NF juga mengalami jadi korban kekerasan fisik yang dilakukan tiga pelaku agar nafsunya dituruti.

“Proses hukum harus berlangsung seadil-adilnya. Kami berharap pihak kepolisian bisa mengungkap kasus ini,” tuturnya.

Kelulusaannya tak lepas dari prestasi NF yang menghadapi empat kasus hukum, sebagai pelaku pembunuhan dan korban pencabulan.

“Sehingga pihak sekolah meluluskan. Tinggal menunggu kelulusaan secara resmi. Dia ingin melanjutkan ke SMK,” ujarnya.

Harry menuturkan NF yang sementara dirawat di Balai Rehabilitasi Anak Handayani, Kecamatan Cipayung dalam kondisi baik.

Selain mendapat pendampingan psikologis, kondisi kesehatan janin dalam kandungan NF juga rutin dipantau tim medis.

Sementara kasus hukumnya kini tak lagi hanya ditangani Satreskrim Polrestro Jakarta Pusat, tapi juga Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya.
