“Sejak kecil dia memang menonjol kemampuannya menghafal. Dia minta dibelikan MP3 agar hafalannya lebih banyak,” jelas Muh Amin, Jumat.

Farul mengalami kebutaan sejak lahir dan tak pernah mengikuti pendidikan formal.

Ayahnya merupakan petani tambak tradisional. Untuk membeli MP3 yang diminta oleh anaknya, sang ayah juga harus bekerja keras.

Kondisi ekonomi keluarga yang pas-pasan ini membuat Muh Amin bingung untuk menyekolahkan Fahrul.
