Augie Fantinus dituding telah menuduh polisi sebagai calo tiket di acara Asian Para Games 2018. Pihak kepolisian akhirnya menyita barang-barang bukti berupa handphone milik Augie Fantinus serta akun Instagram milik Augie yang memposting video polisi yang ia tuding sebagai calo tiket.

Atas kasus tersebut, Augie Fantinus dikenakan pasal tentang UU ITE.
