Penghentian kerja sama dilakukan per 2 Januari 2019. Hal itu membuat sejumlah calon pasien kecele. Mereka akhirnya pindah ke rumah sakit rujukan lain.

Kepala Bagian (Kabag) Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) RS Kustati Pujianto mengungkapkan, penghentian kerja sama menyusul keluarnya surat dari Kementerian Kesehatan (Kemenkes) tertanggal 30 Desember 2018.

Surat tersebut berisi perihal perpanjangan kerja sama rumah sakit dengan BPJS.

“Berdasarkan surat tersebut, rumah sakit belum bisa memberikan pelayanan kepada pasien BPJS. Terhitung mulai 2 Januari” ungkapn Pujianto kepada JawaPos.com saat ditemui di kantornya, Rabu (2/1).

Pemberitahuan dari Kemenkes sangat mendadak. Mengingat surat baru diterima pihak rumah sakit pada Selasa (1/1) sekitar pukul 15.00 WIB. Surat tersebut dari BPJS yang dikirimkan melalui email.

Sehingga pihak rumah sakit belum sempat memberikan sosialisasi atau pemberitahuan kepada calon pasien.

“Ya kami hanya menyampaikan saat pasien hendak periksa. Karena pemberitahuannya juga mendadak,” ungkapnya.

Ditanya mengenai penyebab penghentian kerja sama, Junianto menuturkan bahwa ada aturan baru mengenai akreditasi rumah sakit.

Selama ini ada 12 kelompok kerja (Pokja) pelayanan dalam akreditasi.

“Sedangkan dalam aturan baru ditambah empat jadi ada 16 pokja. Kami harus mengulang dari awal untuk mendapatkan akreditasi,” ucapnya.

Selama ini, RS Kustati sudah mengantongi akreditasi tingkatan Madya.

Dengan adanya persyaratan baru, pihak RS Kustanti secepatnya akan mengurus akreditasi. Sehingga secepatnya juga bisa kembali melayani pasien BPJS.

Terpisah, Kepala BPJS Cabang Solo Agus Purwono membenarkan adanya penghentian kerja sama tersebut. Selain di RS Kustati, ada dua rumah sakit di Solo Raya.

Yakni di wilayah Sragen dan Wonogiri yang tidak lagi bisa melayani pasien BPJS.

“Karena belum akreditasi, maka untuk sementara kerja sama dihentikan dulu,” ucapnya.
