“Kegiatan keagamaan yang sifatnya masif seperti salat berjamaah di masjid atau salat Id di lapangan itu termasuk kegiatan yang dilarang,” ujar Mahfud usai rapat terbatas kabinet, Selasa (19/5).

“Larangan mudik juga tetap berlaku sampai saat ini dan tidak akan dicabut sampai waktu yang akan ditentukan. Ini keputusan rapat kabinet pagi hari ini,” lanjut Mahfud.

Ia menjelaskan, larangan salat Id ini mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 9 Tahun 2020 tentang Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) dan Undang-undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2018 tentang Karantina Kewilayahan.

Dalam beleid tersebut telah melarang kegiatan keagamaan yang masif hingga menimbulkan kumpulan orang banyak.

“Oleh sebab itu pemerintah meminta dengan sangat agar ketentuan itu tidak dilanggar,” katanya.

Mantan Ketua Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) meminta para tokoh agama, ormas keagamaan, dan tokoh masyarakat adat untuk ikut meyakinkan masyarakat terkait bahaya berkerumun saat salat berjamaah.

“Kerumunan salat berjamaah ini termasuk bagian yang dilarang peraturan perundang-undangan, bukan karena salatnya tapi merupakan bagian dari upaya menghindari bencana,” jelas Mahfud.

Sementara untuk larangan mudik, Mahfud memastikan pengawasan akan dilakukan oleh aparat TNI, Polri, dibantu pemerintah daerah di pintu masuk dan keluar wilayah.



Ia juga telah meminta agar pengawasan diperketat di jalur-jalur tikus dan di kendaraan besar yang kerap dimanfaatkan untuk warga bersembunyi dari petugas.

“Supaya ketat penjagaan di waktu-waktu yang biasanya petugas lengah. Misal tengah malam orang menganggap petugas ngantuk, tidak ada lalu nerobos begitu aja,” tuturnya.

Pemerintah sebelumnya telah mengimbau warga untuk melaksanakan salat Id di rumah.

Meski demikian, sejumlah wilayah tetap akan menggelar salat Id berjamaah di lapangan.
