Dua hari setelah operasi tangkap tangan (OTT) KPK terhadap Bupati Cianjur Irvan Rivano Muchtar, warga Cianjur berbondong-bondong ke area alun-alun kabupaten tersebut. Mereka merayakan OTT yang menjaring Irvan tersebut.

Selepas salat Jumat di Masjid Agung Cianjur, warga berkumpul di alun-alun yang masih dalam proses pembangunan tersebut. Mereka meneriakkan 'Hidup KPK'. Undangan yang disebar melalui media sosial dan aplikasi pesan singkat membuat warga Cianjur yang datang semakin banyak.

Warga berkumpul sambil pesta liwet untuk merayakan penangkapan Irvan. Terlihat serombongan emak-emak menggelar daun pisang dan mengeluarkan panci berisi liwet.

"Saya datang ke sini karena lihat di grup medsos ada undangan ngaliwet 1.000 kastrol sebagai tanda tasyakuran, bahwa pemimpin daerah benar-benar sudah kena OTT KPK. Sebagai warga Cianjur saya ikut mengapresiasi hal tersebut," kata Ulfah Wahyuni (37) yang mengaku berasal dari Joglo, Kecamatan Cianjur Kota.

Senada dengan Ulfah, Yuni Wahyuni sengaja datang bersama rombongannya dari Cikalong mengendarai angkutan umum. Dia juga mendapat informasi akan ada acara menyantap nasi liwet bersama-sama di area Alun-alun Cianjur.

"Sekedar ikut menyemarakkan saja. Kita banyak mendengar dari berita, pak bupati tertangkap tangan karena korupsi 1,5 miliar dari uang pembangunan sekolah. Tentu sebagai masyarakat merasa senang, Cianjur tidak lagi dipimpin oleh pemimpin yang tidak berpihak kepada kemaslahatan masyarakat," tutur Yuni.

Pimpinan KPK sempat merespons apa yang terjadi di Cianjur tersebut. Tampak Wakil Ketua KPK Laode M Syarif mencuitkan adanya sopir angkot di Cianjur yang menggratiskan tarif bagi warga sebagai wujud terima kasih bagi KPK.

Syarif mengaku sangat menghargai spontanitas warga seperti itu. KPK disebut Syarif memang bekerja berdasar laporan masyarakat langsung.

"Spontanitas masyarakat juga terjadi karena mereka telah lama merasa tidak dilayani dengan baik akibat yang mewabah. Oleh karena itu KPK mengucapkan terima kasih pada masyarakat Cianjur dan berharap Cianjur akan lebih baik ke depan," kata Syarif seperti yang dikutip dari detik.com

OTT KPK yang disambut warga Cianjur itu digelar pada Rabu, 12 Desember kemarin. Bupati Irvan diduga memangkas Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) Pendidikan. Dari total anggaran itu senilai Rp 46,8 miliar, Irvan memotong 14,5 persen untuk dibagi-bagi ke anak buahnya dan 7 persen atau sekitar Rp 3,2 miliar untuk dirinya sendiri.

Irvan sempat meminta maaf pada warga Cianjur sebelum ditahan KPK. Namun permintaan maafnya itu bukan karena dirinya mengakui perbuatannya.

"Saya memohon maaf ke masyarakat Kabupaten Cianjur atas kelalaian saya mengawasi aparat Pemerintah Kabupaten Cianjur yang telah melanggar hukum," kata Irvan sebelum memasuki mobil tahanan yang mengantarnya ke rumah tahanan.
