Dua pelajar SMK ini mengubur bayi tak berdosa itu di tempat pemakaman umum (kuburan) Dusun Wagir, Desa Kwangsan, Kecamatan Sedati, Sidoarjo.

Dua pelajar SMK yang mengubur bayi itu adalah RM, pelajar SMK berusia 18 tahun asal Kwangsan, dan adik kelasnya LV (16) asal Desa Pepe, Kecamatan Sedati, Sidoarjo.

Kapolresta Sidoarjo, Kombespol Zain Dwi Nugroho mengaku masih mendalami kasus ini.

“Penyidik harus lebih hati-hati karena terduga pelakunya adalah anak di bawah umur,” katanya.

Informasi yang dihimpun Surya.co.id menyebutkan, kronologi bayi perempuan itu lahir dari rahim LV pada Minggu (30/12/2018) sekitar pukul 18.00 WIB.

Bayi dilahirkan di rumah temannya di Kwangsan. Remaja perempuan ini hamil delapan bulan dan melahirkan bayinya dengan normal.

Kehamilannya tersebut akibat hubungan kebablasan dengan sang pacar, RM.

Saat LV melahirkan, RM juga mendampingi. Bayi mereka lahir sehat meski kelahiran tanpa dibantu dokter atau bidan.

Dua remaja itu pun kebingungan, apakah harus memberitahu orangtuanya atau membuang bayi mereka.

Di tengah kebingungan itu, mereka berdua ke Makam di Dusun Wagir.

RM membuat lubang di tanah menggunakan cethok lantas mengubur bayinya tersebut hidup-hidup.

Dari keterangan diperoleh polisi, bayi dibawa dengan dibungkus plastik kresek. Ketika dikubur, bayi tersebut masih menangis.

“Oleh pelaku kemudian diuruk dengan tanah. Sehingga bayi tersebut meninggal dunia,” jawab Kapolsek Sedati AKP I Gusti Made Merta.

Selasa (1/1/2019), dia mendatangi lokasi penguburan anaknya dan membongkarnya lagi hendak dipindahkan kuburannya ke makam Desa Gisik Cemandi, Kecamatan Sedati, Sidoarjo.

Ketika memakamkan bayinya inilah, aksinya ketahuan warga.

Selanjutnya, peristiwa itu kemudian dilaporkan ke polisi, hingga akhirnya terungkaplah kasus ini.

Polisi mendatangi lokasi, membongkar kuburan bayi malang itu dan membawanya ke rumah sakit, Selasa (1/1/2019) tengah malam.

“Saat diamankan polisi, ari-arinya (bayi tersebut) masih menempel,” ungkap Kapolsek Sedati AKP I Gusti Made Merta.

Jenazah bayi dibawa ke RSUD Sidoarjo untuk menjalani pemeriksaan. Selain itu, polisi juga menyita beberapa barang bukti lain, termasuk sebuah sarung, kain kafan, cetok, dan tas kresek.

Setelah mengungkap penguburan bayi hidup-hidup, polisi lalu menangkap RM.

RM lalu ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dalam kasus pembunuhan terhadap bayinya yang merupakan darah dagingnya sendiri.

Akibat perbuatannya, RM dijerat undang-undang nomor 35 tahun 2014 tentang perubahan atas undang-undang nomor 35 tahun 2002 tentang perlindungan anak.

Pelajar SMK ini juga dijerat pasal 80 ayat 4 KUHP.

Dia sudah diamankan di Polsek Sedati. Dan sekarang sudah dilimpahkan ke Unit PPA (perlindungan perempuan dan Anak) Sat Reskrim Polresta Sidoarjo.
